garlic olive oil ravioli (heart shaped)
What you’ll do:
Boil water in a shallow pot.
Slice garlic cloves very thin, and shred parmesan (skip this step if you bought pre-shredded)
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium/high heat, add garlic, and start cooking ravioli.
Stir garlic often to prevent burning, you may need to lower the heat to ensure it doesn't burn. We are looking for brown edges on the garlic.
Once you see the garlic browning, add seasoning, stir, and cook for another 60 seconds.
Add ravioli directly to the garlic sauce, incorporating some of the pasta water with it.
Mix ravioli with the sauce and serve!
Top with parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper (optional)
