Easter chocolate bark

what you’ll need:

1 bag each of dark and white melting chocolates link for chocolates

1 box of graham crackers

Optional toppings:

bunny grahams  

sprinkles 

edible grass

dried strawberries

M&M’s

pretzels

what you’ll do:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 (f) 

  2. Line a baking sheet with wax paper

3. Place graham crackers in an even layer on the baking sheet.

4. Top with chocolate, making sure to alternate colors so they are mixed in.

5. Give the baking sheet a nice gentle shake to allow all the chocolate to set and bake for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is soft and melty (it will still hold its shape even though it has melted)

6. Take the chocolate out of the oven and use a toothpick to drag along the chocolate, mixing the colors, and spreading the chocolate evenly. Go both long and short directions of the pan until you have reached a desired pattern with the colors and there are no empty spots.

7. Have fun with toppings! There is no right or wrong here, just build on each topping to your liking. When you are happy with your toppings, tap the baking sheet 2 or 3 times on a flat surface to allow all the toppings to set, and place it in the freezer for an hour or so until hardened.

8. when the chocolate has completely hardened, break apart pieces and store them.
