chocolate peanut butter chia seed pudding

what you’ll need:

1 cup greek yogurt

1 cup milk of choice

3-4 tablespoons peanut butter

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 scoops protein or collagen powder 

½ cup chia seeds

what you’ll do:

  1. Mix all wet ingredients (from  yogurt to vanilla extract)

  2. Add protein or collagen powder to the mixture and stir

  3. Add chia seeds and mix. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir again before storing in the fridge. 

  4. Serve with berries, bananas, walnuts, coconut shreds, chocolate chips, or with peanut butter drizzle on top!
