parmesan-crusted chicken

what you’ll need:

2 chicken breasts

1tbl Aglio olio 

¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

air fryer

what you’ll do:

  1. Mix the olive oil and spices.

  2. Place whole chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and add seasoning mixture. Zip the top and massage the contents until well combined. 

  3. Place in the fridge for 1-12 hours. (You can cook immediately, but letting the seasonings marinade with the chicken intensifies the flavor.)

  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees, add a paper liner or foil, and add chicken. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees (timeframes will vary based on the size of your chicken breasts).
